If this time limit is exceeded, we are unable to process requests for a full refund or exchange of goods.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Terms of Return of Goods<\/strong><br \/>To be processed, returned items must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\r\n<p>Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.<\/p>\r\n<p>Returned in original and complete packaging.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><br \/>We cannot accept returns for:<\/p>\r\n<p>Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts are not due to our fault.<\/p>\r\n<p>Items returned more than 3 days after the delivery date.<\/p>\r\n<p>Discounted or promotional items (sale is final and no refund applies).<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Refund Procedure<\/strong><br \/>Receipt and Inspection: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email.<\/p>\r\n<p>Approval\/Rejection: In the confirmation email, we will inform you of our decision to approve or deny your refund.<\/p>\r\n<p>Refund Process: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g. credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet) within a few business days. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email at cs@agungrejeki.site to start the exchange process with a similar product.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Reshipment of Goods<\/strong><br \/>Shipping costs for returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\r\n<p>The initial shipping fee is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.<\/p>\r\n<p>For high-value items, we strongly advise you to use a shipping service that provides tracking and\/or insurance.
