Agung Rejeki Shipping Policy

Agung Rejeki delivers heavy equipment, construction machinery, and technical supplies to all parts of Indonesia. We partner with trusted expeditions to ensure your goods are delivered safely, quickly and efficiently.

1. Shipping Procedure
Order Confirmation
Orders confirmed before 12:00 pm will be processed on the same business day. Orders after that time will be processed on the next business day.

Pickup/Delivery to Expedition Warehouse
Goods will be delivered to the expedition warehouse or picked up by our expedition partners, depending on the region and type of service selected.

Estimated Delivery Time

Java & surrounding areas (via land): ± 2-4 working days

Outside Java Island (via sea): ±5-14 working days

Air: ±1-3 working days (depending on airport access and flight schedule)

Shipping Information
A receipt number or proof of delivery will be sent to you via WhatsApp/email. Delivery status can be tracked in real-time through the relevant expedition system.

2. Rates & Additional Fees
Shipping cost calculations use actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

Volumetric Weight Formula (in cm):

Land/Sea: Length × Width × Height ÷ 4000

Air: Length × Width × Height ÷ 6000

Airport Surcharge
For air shipment, items categorized as machinery or heavy equipment may be subject to an airport surcharge at the expediter's discretion.

Packing Cost
Packaging costs are adjusted according to the size and type of goods:

Standard: plastic, sack, cardboard

Additional: bubble wrap, wooden packing, or crate - subject to additional charges which will be informed when booking.

Total shipping and packing costs will be confirmed after your order details are verified by our team.

3. Shipping Insurance (Optional)
Shipping insurance is available as an additional option and can be selected when booking. This insurance protects items from the risk of damage or loss during the shipping process.

If you choose to use insurance, the claim procedure will follow the terms of the expedition. We will assist in the verification process of required documents such as receipts, invoices, and proof of damage in the event of a claim.

4. General Provisions
Estimated delivery times are subject to change depending on weather, logistics flow, and field conditions in the destination area.

Shipments will only be processed once payment is confirmed in full.

Items that violate national shipping regulations (e.g. hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials) cannot be shipped.
