SHD Series Shaft Vibrator

Shaft Vibrator SHT Series is a liquid concrete compactor that uses high-frequency vibration to remove air and small cavities in the concrete. This tool consists of two main parts, namely the head and shaft. The head is the part that produces vibration, while the shaft is the part that connects the head with the Mechanical Engine Vibrator.

SHT Shaft Vibrators are available in two head sizes, 38 mm and 45 mm. The larger head size can be used to compact larger volumes of concrete. SHT Shaft Vibrators are also available in two lengths, namely 4 meters and 6 meters. Longer shaft lengths can be used to compact concrete in larger areas.

The way the SHT Shaft Vibrator works is as follows. The head that produces vibration is connected to a shaft which is then connected to a Mechanical Engine Vibrator. Mechanical Engine Vibrator will move the pendulum inside the head. The moving pendulum will produce high frequency vibrations. This vibration is then forwarded to the liquid concrete through the shaft.

The vibrations produced by the SHT Shaft Vibrator will expel air and small cavities in the concrete. This makes the concrete denser and stronger. Shaft Vibrator SHD is widely applied to the casting of walls, columns, bridge casting, and construction of buildings that do not have access to electricity.
