Our refund policy is valid for 3 calendar days from the date you receive your item. If this time limit is exceeded, we are unable to process requests for a full refund or exchange of goods.
Terms of Return of Goods To be processed, returned items must meet the following criteria:
Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returned in original and complete packaging.

Goods Exchange We only accept exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects or are damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email at cs@agungrejeki.site to start the exchange process with a similar product.
Reshipment of Goods Shipping costs for returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The initial shipping fee is non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
For high-value items, we strongly advise you to use a shipping service that provides tracking and/or insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of items you send back without adequate proof of delivery.
