Tools: Includes any tools, machinery, vehicles, equipment, accessories and other items that we offer through the Services.
Consumer / User / You: Refers to any individual or entity that uses our Services to rent, purchase or request repair of Tools.
Rental / Sale / Repair: A type of transaction conducted through our Services regarding the rental, purchase or repair of Tools.

3. Service Usage

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Tool Rental, Sale or Repair transactions that you conduct through our Services.
Additional agreements can be made for special needs, as long as the contents of the agreement do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions. If there is a conflict, these Terms and Conditions will be the main reference.
Use of the Equipment always involves risks and potential hazards. Each User acknowledges and fully assumes such inherent risks. Agung Rejeki shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of the Appliance during the Rental period, after Sale, or after Repair.
5. Fees and Payments
Users are required to pay the applicable service fees in accordance with the provisions stipulated by Agung Rejeki.
By using the Service, you agree to all terms regarding fees and the applicable payment policy.
Service fees are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in our payment policy.
6. Disputes and Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other parties through our Services.
We are not obligated to resolve disputes between users. While we may attempt to facilitate communication, that does not impose dispute resolution responsibilities on us.
Agung Rejeki shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim (including economic loss or loss of profit) arising from or related to the use of the Services or Tools transacted through the Services.
Use of the Services and Tools is entirely at your own risk, including security and legal compliance aspects.
7. Content
All software and Content (including text, graphics, images, videos and other materials) displayed on the Service are owned by Agung Rejeki or licensed to us.
Users are not allowed to copy, disseminate, reproduce, modify or exploit any Content without written permission from Agung Rejeki.
