We provide product warranty for all products rented and sold from Agung Rejeki. Make sure all the products you buy from Agung Rejeki are equipped with a Sticker / Warranty Card / Invoice from Agung RejekiL. Pay attention to the warranty provided, if you are unclear contact our Customer Support.
General Conditions of Warranty For products that fall within the warranty limits, buyers will enjoy warranty service in accordance with the warranty terms & conditions that apply to each product and brand. Claims for hardware damage / manufacturing defects within seven (7) days of purchase must be with complete box packaging and accessories will get a new exchange (without complete box packaging and accessories a new exchange cannot be made), the unit will claim warranty damage. For hardware equipment, Agung Rejeki guarantees that the purchased device will work properly and free from damage. Agung Rejeki is not responsible for deficiencies due to manufacturing design. Bonus units or free items are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not apply to consumable products such as ink blades, belts, disks, batteries and so on. The warranty does not apply if the buyer intentionally / unintentionally breaks the warranty seal affixed to each product purchased. The warranty also does not apply to the following events: Damage due to natural disasters (earthquake, fire, flood etc.) riots, animal bites or actions, unstable electrical voltage, user error or negligence (falling, exposure to water/chemical liquids etc.) Unit struck by lightning Reduction or addition of other equipment accessories without the knowledge of the service team Has been fixed by a person who is not our service staff Change or modify covered equipment Incorrect transportation or reinstallation Damage due to being connected to other equipment either mechanically or electronically Software installation error
Warranty damage claimed within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the goods by the buyer, the return shipping costs are borne by Agung Rejeki Warranty claims for damage above fourteen (14) days the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer Life time warranty stated on certain products. Warranty claims are valid for one (1) year, above one (1) year warranty claims go directly to the principal-manufacture product. (Life time warranty: is a warranty terminology with the understanding as long as the type is still on the market and still in production, not a lifetime warranty)
Out of Town Purchases
For those of you who buy from out of town, don't worry we also provide a guarantee on all products you buy. In the event of damage, please contact us at +62 821-2888-9375 or send an email to cs@agungrejeki.site for technical assistance. Upon advice from our technical support or if after technical assistance the condition of the item still does not work, then please send the item back to our office. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
