Agung Rejeki Product Warranty
Agung Rejeki is committed to providing a warranty on every product you rent or buy from us. We ensure that each product has undergone thorough testing and inspection before being shipped, so that you receive the goods in the best condition and functioning properly. Make sure the product you receive comes with a warranty sticker, warranty card, or official invoice from Agung Rejeki. General Conditions of Warranty
The warranty applies according to the specific terms of each product and brand, with a service warranty duration of between 3 to 12 months, depending on the type of product ordered.
Claims for hardware damage or manufacturing defects must be submitted within 1 calendar day from the date of receipt. This claim must be accompanied by the complete box/packaging and accessories to obtain a new replacement unit. Without these, the claim will only be processed as a warranty repair.
For hardware, Agung Rejeki guarantees the product to be free from malfunctions. However, we are not responsible for design flaws originating from the manufacturer.
Bonuses or free items are not included in the warranty coverage.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not apply to conditions or damage caused by:
Consumable products, such as blades, ink, belts, disks, batteries, and the like.
Products whose warranty seals are broken, removed, or modified.
Collateral damage:
Natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.).
Riots or animal bites.
Unstable electrical voltage.
User negligence (fall, exposure to water/chemicals, etc.).
Struck by lightning.
Use or addition of accessories without the knowledge of Agung Rejeki service team.
Repairs by non-official parties or those not affiliated with us.
Unauthorized modification of the device.
Incorrect transportation or reinstallation.
Integration errors with other devices.
Software installation error.
Warranty Claims and Shipping Costs
Warranty claims maximum 1 calendar day from receipt of goods: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Claim after 1 calendar day: Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Out of Town Purchases
We still provide warranty coverage for out-of-town customers. If the product is damaged:
