JKV Series Shaft Vibrator

Shaft Vibrator JKV Series is a liquid concrete compactor that uses high-frequency vibration to remove air voids and air bubbles in concrete. This tool consists of two main parts, namely shaft and head. Shaft is a hose that channels vibrations from the drive engine to the head. The head is the part that is in direct contact with liquid concrete.

JKV Series Shaft Vibrators are available in four head sizes, namely 28 mm, 38 mm, 50 mm, and 60 mm. The selected head size must be adjusted to the area to be compacted.

To use the JKV Shaft Vibrator, the operator only needs to connect the shaft to the drive engine and dip the head into the liquid concrete. The vibrations produced by the drive engine will be transmitted to the head and make the liquid concrete solid.

Shaft Vibrator JKV is widely used in wall, column, and bridge casting work. This tool can also be used in building construction that does not have access to electricity.
